Post-Production Supervisor
Microsoft Lists was a new product, so the launch video had to do more than look polished. It needed to explain what the app was, show how it fit into Microsoft 365, and make the whole thing feel simple and useful on first watch.
I oversaw the piece from kickoff through final delivery, helping shape the story, the motion approach, and the edit. A lot of the job was keeping the video clear while bringing in feedback from multiple teams and making sure the product features stayed front and center.
The video premiered at Microsoft Build 2020 and ended up getting shared widely across the company. It also became a reference point for later product videos, which made it a meaningful one to build.
- Creative direction: Helped shape the narrative and visual approach so the product story stayed clear from the first frame to the last.
- Cross-team collaboration: Worked with partners across teams to fold in feedback without losing the pace or focus of the piece.
- Editing oversight: Guided the post process to keep the motion, transitions, and structure tight and easy to follow.
