Producer, Director, Editor & Animator

Alcon TV was a quarterly broadcast series with Alcon CEO Jeff George, built to share financial and product updates with the market. We made five episodes across 2014 and 2015, and each one had a two-week turnaround.
That schedule shaped everything. I handled planning, directing, editing, and animation, which meant the only way to keep up was to prep as much as possible before cameras rolled. Name keys, b-roll, map animations, and credits were all built in advance so post could move fast once the interview was in the can.
CRM Studios shot and edited the first episode. After that, I took over the editing and motion graphics for the rest of the series, which helped lock in a more consistent rhythm and look from episode to episode. The series went on to win three Telly Awards and a Creativity Award.
