Animator, Director & Producer
This was a small anniversary piece for Alcon, created in 2017 for the company's booth at ASCRS. The job was simple on paper: animate a 70-year logo. What made it matter to me was that it pushed me into 3D in a more serious way.
I built the logo animation in Cinema 4D, then brought it into After Effects for finishing. That handoff was really the point of the project. I wanted the piece to feel dimensional and celebratory without losing the graphic control I was used to in 2D.
It ended up being an early turning point for me. Not because it was the biggest project, but because it opened up a new part of my process and gave me a better feel for how 3D and 2D could work together.
