In 2021, I directed and produced a video for the Adobe Summit event, collaborating with the Stoke Group, Heck Video, and the Adobe team. This project involved guiding users on how to navigate the Adobe Summit website during the event.
- Project Overview: This challenging project required coordination across multiple teams at Adobe to build a video that showcased a website still in development. Despite the complexities, the video was well received by Adobe and the guests attending the Summit, effectively demonstrating the website's navigation features.
- Creative Direction and Production: I led the project from inception to final delivery, directing a team of animators and ensuring seamless collaboration. The video aimed to provide a clear, engaging guide for users to navigate the Adobe Summit website, highlighting key features and functionalities.

Storyboarding and Communication: As part of the production process, I created detailed storyboards to communicate direction to both the Adobe team and my production team. These storyboards were essential in aligning everyone on the project's vision and execution.
Storyboards:
- Concept Visualization: Developed comprehensive storyboards that illustrated each step of the navigation process, ensuring clarity and coherence in the video’s flow.
- Team Alignment: Used the storyboards to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all teams, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and working towards a unified goal.
- Feedback and Iteration: Iteratively refined the storyboards based on feedback from Adobe and the production team, ensuring that the final video met all expectations and requirements.
The storyboards played a crucial role in guiding the animation and production process, providing a clear blueprint that ensured the project’s success. The collaborative effort resulted in a polished and informative video that enhanced the user experience at the Adobe Summit.
