Post-Production Supervisor
The new Microsoft 365 homepage was part of a much bigger shift from products.office.com to Microsoft365.com, so the overview video had to do more than just sit on the page and look polished. It needed to introduce the new experience, match the updated design and messaging, and hold together inside a launch that was moving at a pretty massive scale.
I oversaw the post-production edit for the piece across 2019 and 2020, helping make sure the video fit cleanly into the new homepage experience as the site itself was being rebuilt. That meant keeping the story clear, the pacing tight, and the final piece aligned with a rollout that included 14,262 new pages, 23,234 assets, and 18,060 redirects.
The launch came together in 72 hours with only six post-launch bugs, which is still kind of wild for a migration that size. The video was a small part of a much larger machine, but it helped give the new homepage a clear entry point right when that transition mattered most.
- Oversaw the post-production edit for the Microsoft 365 homepage overview video.
- Helped align the video with the updated homepage design, messaging, and broader products.office.com to Microsoft365.com transition.
- Built as part of a large-scale site migration that shipped 14,262 new pages and 23,234 assets within a 72-hour launch window.
