UI Production Director

Surface Laptop Studio 2 was a hardware launch, but a lot of the storytelling still had to happen inside the screens. As UI Production Director, I led the UI side of the sizzle video, making sure the design and animation supported the larger film instead of feeling like a separate layer on top.
That meant working across the full UI pipeline. I helped guide the screen work from concept into motion, shaped how the feature moments fit into the story, and worked closely with Daniel Escolin, Melissa Kim, CornerPin, Toliy Patel, and the 3D team so the whole piece felt cohesive.
What mattered most was balance. The video needed energy, but it also needed control. In the end, we landed on a launch film that made Surface Laptop Studio 2 feel powerful, polished, and easy to read.
