Below are examples of the work I have done for Alcon over the years. For most of these, I served in producing, directing, editing, motion graphics, or supervisor capacity.

Role

Video Producer

Managed production of over 300 video projects per year, yielding significant cost savings of up to $2M annually based on project complexity and volume of work.
• Planned and orchestrated all internal communication video productions, on-location and off-site, while leading other team members and various production agencies. Worked closely with all management and production staff levels during all phases of production, ensuring work expresses visual attributes of the brand and overall adequacy for promoting product or employee communications.
• Lead process improvements for the department including the introduction of digital asset management software to catalog and organize the expanding video library, construction of a fully functioning video studio for live video and audio productions, and outfitting the department with a cinema package to capture marketing videos.
