Microsoft Managed Desktop is the kind of product that does a lot of its best work in the background, which makes it harder to turn into a short video. In 2019, I worked with the Microsoft 365 and Managed Desktop teams on a sizzle piece that had to make that value visible.
My role covered both the edit and the animation. The story was built around a simple shift: getting IT teams out of constant backend maintenance and giving them more room to focus on bigger problems. That meant showing the service in practical terms, from modern devices and Microsoft 365 apps to always-on management and stronger security.
What I liked about this one was the balance. It needed enough energy to feel like a sizzle video, but it also had to explain a service that lives behind the scenes. The final piece gave the product a clearer shape and made the benefit feel more immediate.

• Editing: Structured the piece so the product story unfolded clearly instead of reading like a feature list.
• Animation: Built motion that supported the message and helped make an infrastructure-heavy service easier to grasp.
• Product framing: Centered the narrative on the shift from reactive maintenance to more strategic IT work.
