Camera Operator, Producer & Editor

For several years in Denton, I spent a lot of my free time filming local bands and documenting the music scene around town. That included the festival as it evolved from NX35 to 35 Conferette to 35 Denton, which I covered through most of its run.
The piece I still think about most is the announcement video. I filmed footage, edited the final spot, and helped manage production teams across the four-day festival so we could capture both the performances and the energy around them. It was early proof for me that local work can still have a real point of view if you stay close to the scene you're filming.
