In 2016, during my first session with the Mograph Mentor Program, I embarked on a deeply challenging and rewarding project. This short film marked one of my initial forays into character animation and encapsulated the importance of self-trust and artistic authenticity.

• Story Development: Over several weeks, I collaborated closely with my mentor, Shawn Hight, to craft a compelling narrative. This involved extensive brainstorming sessions, refining storyboards, and drafting a script that resonated deeply with the core message.
• Art Creation: I dedicated significant time to creating the visual elements for the film, ensuring that each character and scene effectively conveyed the story's emotional depth.
• Animation: Bringing the characters to life was both challenging and exhilarating. As one of my first character animation projects, it required meticulous attention to detail and a substantial investment of time and effort.
• Reflection: Looking back on this project, I am proud of the progress I have made. It stands as a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of trusting in one’s unique artistic voice.
